Regional Development Plans (2021-2022)

  • We led extensive participatory and institutional diagnoses, alongside in-depth analyses of agropastoral value chains and territorial intervention areas, culminating in comprehensive Territorial Development Plans for five key departments:

    • 2022: Vina Department (Adamawa Region), Faro Department (Northern Region), Mayo-Louti Department (Northern Region).

    • 2021: Mayo-Rey Department (Northern Region), Benue Department (Northern Region).

Public consultation

Communal Development Plans (2011-2014)

  • We partnered with several municipalities to conduct thorough institutional, urban, and village-level diagnoses, leading to the elaboration and validation of strategic development action plans, annual investment plans, and communal development plans. Our work also included establishing robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and developing socio-environmental frameworks for investments and communication plans.

    • 2014: Municipality of KIIKI-Bafia, Municipality of Kon-Yabetta.

    • 2013: Municipality of Makary.

    • 2011: Municipality of Fotokol.

Early Local Development Initiatives (2003-2004)

  • Our foundational work included developing numerous local development plans and associated funding requests, which laid the groundwork for future large-scale interventions.

    • 2004: Municipality of Ngambé-Tikar (10 Local Development Plans & Funding Requests).

    • 2003: Municipality of Mbangassina (17 Local Development Plans & Funding Requests).
