We led extensive participatory and institutional diagnoses, alongside in-depth analyses of agropastoral value chains and territorial intervention areas, culminating in comprehensive Territorial Development Plans for five key departments:

We partnered with several municipalities to conduct thorough institutional, urban, and village-level diagnoses, leading to the elaboration and validation of strategic development action plans, annual investment plans, and communal development plans. Our work also included establishing robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and developing socio-environmental frameworks for investments and communication plans.
